RMB Vivid created and managed branding, naming, print advertising creative, direct mail creative, collateral, copywriting and website development for 2200, a 261-unit condominium/retail development in Seattle. A joint partnership between Vulcan and Milliken Development Group, 2200 featured a wide range of unit prices, from the low $300,000s to over $2,000,000. The materials featured stunning, warm lifestyle photography, art-directed by RMB Vivid. The website, built in Flash and html, contained a real-time availability/floorplan tool that allowed customers to view and download plans.
